Improvement ideas are key in Celay to promote these 5 objectives
(i) To help in the prevention of quality failures (ii) To correct the errors detected (iii) To eliminate waste that does not add value to production (iv) To lead the company towards excellence in its processes and people (v) To improve our image internally and towards our customers.
All this seeks to improve the quality of the product we offer to our customers, and seeks to improve the working conditions and well-being of Celay's employees.
It is everyone's task to promote these positive and rapid changes in the company, so even in a complicated period we are promoting continuous improvement in the production and management processes of Celay.
