Integral Management Control

Based on a vertical solution for the automotive industry, the project has envisaged integration with the MES System of Captor plant control, thus allowing to incorporate the production information, and directly and automatically the data Quality management, as well. Likewise, AX has been integrated with Prisma maintenance management solution, both for machine management and tooling (dies and moulds).

This implementation will reinforce the integral management control model, allowing to improve the environments of analysis and decision-making, to achieve a qualitative leap in our competitiveness through the improvement in productivity, service and quality.

We will soon begin the next phase, which includes the implementation of the production planning module, to improve our profitability based on the optimization of our technical, human and economic resources, thanks to a better load-capacity balance and the reduction of stocks.
