Elay is committed to preserve and transfer our know-how about fine blanking, plastic overmoulding and other critical processes.
We have advanced our process of recording and systematizing the personal knowledge of some of our most experienced professionals on their way to retirement.
Now we are focused in the areas of fine blanking die assembly and quality assurance for automotive parts. We are working in two dynamics: first, to collect this know-how in training videos, work orders and technical presentations, and second, to pass on this information to the younger generation of workers. We have chosen a group of workers to test and improve these processes.
These project is a part of our continued development of technological capabilities, engineering processes, and innovation.
