Elay China integrates corporate values - Elay Way

Since 2015, Elay China has integrated into its staff Elay Group's corporate values. Knowing the complexity and cultural differences which can cope with an initiative like this in a country like China, Elay’s subsidiary in China is convinced of implementing and consolidating the core values of the Group in the future.
This implementation process is considered a long-term process and it is estimated 5 years of work to achieve significant results. We are convinced that we will get to carry it out because EAC is in the initial stage of growth and, on the basis of the arrow of values of Elay Way, the development of people at a high level will be ensured.
